The Seattle Melody Kick (SMK) music video series was founded in 2017 to showcase select artists. The SMK vision: to document and share music performances while showing off the unique beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
The SMK team films performances at handpicked locations to capture the artist and the beauty the Pacific Northwest. Artists are asked to perform three songs total, which is referred to as a session. The SMK team releases one session at a time and each new session is added to our existing gallery.

LEAD AUDIO ENGINEER
Seanu leads the team's creative vision. He handles session booking for SMK and serves as a film hand as needed. Seanu's attention to detail is notable and you are likely to find him behind a guitar.
Henry is in charge of cinematography and post production for the SMK series. When he is not finessing the camera, Henry produces EDM chillwave music under the moniker 'Sleepwalk City'.
Tye runs live audio and post production. Aside from SMK, Tye produces freelance songs and soundscapes. His ability to record, mix and master is best described as surgical.
Marketing & PR Intern
Gaby manages media outreach. When she is not in class or drafting a newsletter for SMK, you can find her on a hunt for new songs or restaurants!

Seattle Melody Kick presents Clinton Fearon performing at Green Lake. Born in Jamaica, Fearon established himself as bassist, vocalist and lyricist of the mythic Gladiators at the age of 19. In 1987, Fearon moved to Seattle, where he would establish himself as a major player in reggae worldwide. Upbeat, uplifting and contagious are words that best describe Clinton Fearon’s energy. In Seattle, Clinton is an absolute local favorite; he often sells out venues where crowded rooms of fans dance well into the night.
Fearon’s connection to nature and love of trees in particular led us to film at Green Lake. Enjoy one of our favorite sessions to date.
